Industry Beans

You know when a place is just so good that you find yourself there on most weekends? Well for me that place is Industry Beans. Nestled in the back streets of Fitzroy, this industrial yet somehow cozy cafe just cannot do any wrong!

During my last visit, my friend and I shared a savoury and a sweet dish. For our savoury choice we went with a mushroom/polenta/truffle dish. Our dessert option was of course the infamous 'coffee garden' which is a beautifully presented medley of coffee custard, pistachio sponge, coffee caviar and chocolate soil. Needless to say, our dishes and our coffees were all perfect.
